The questions everyone has

Does it cost anything to use?

No. Luméa is free while the demo is open — no card, no subscription. Your account comes with a set number of design credits, which is why we say to spend them on the piece you actually want made.

Do I need an account?

Yes, a free one, and it takes a few seconds. It is what lets the studio save your designs so you can come back to them — and what lets us find the right design when you send one to us.

Can you actually make what I design?

Almost always. Physics has opinions about very thin bands and very large stones, and if a design needs a change to survive being worn every day we will tell you exactly what and why before anything is made.

What will the real piece cost?

The final price depends on your design — from the stones and materials you choose to the size, complexity and craftsmanship involved. Share your creation with us and, during your consultation, we’ll explore the possibilities within your budget and guide you through the options to bring your piece to life.

I am not a designer. Can you do it with me?

That is what the free consultation is for. Bring a screenshot, a rough idea or nothing at all — Dennis designs it with you, and production only starts once you approve it.

How long until I am wearing it?

Your piece is typically crafted within two weeks of design approval, followed by fully insured worldwide delivery. If you have a specific date in mind, let us know during your consultation and we’ll confirm what’s possible.
