These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through the website www.dennisluxejewellery.com operated by Dennis Luxe Jewellery Trading L.L.C, a limited liability company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

By purchasing from Dennis Luxe Jewellery, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.


Product Authenticity


All jewellery sold by Dennis Luxe Jewellery is:

• Handcrafted in Dubai

• Made from genuine gold and diamonds

• Carefully selected and inspected by our experts

• Delivered with certification where applicable (IGI or equivalent) Each piece is crafted with the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our jewellery, slight variations may occur and are considered part of the uniqueness of the piece.
• Gold weight may slightly vary depending on the selected size or custom resizing.


Sales Policy


These policies constitute the official sales policy of Dennis Luxe Jewellery Trading L.L.C and are published in accordance with the consumer protection regulations of the United Arab Emirates.

Reservation, Resizing & Deposit Policy

When a customer reserves a jewellery piece during a fair, pop-up event, or in-person appointment and requests resizing or any other customization, a deposit may be required to secure the item and cover the cost of the work performed.

This deposit is non-refundable, as resizing or customization is performed specifically for the customer and incurs material and labor costs.

Once the resizing or customization has been completed, the customer will be notified that the item is ready for collection or delivery. The remaining balance must be paid before or upon collection of the item.

The customer must collect the item or arrange delivery within sixty (60) days from the date of notification.

If the customer fails to collect the item, pay the remaining balance, or respond to communication within this period, Dennis Luxe Jewellery reserves the right to cancel the reservation, retain the deposit to cover costs incurred, and offer the jewellery piece for sale to another client.

By placing a reservation and paying the deposit, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.


Right to Refuse Service


Dennis Luxe Jewellery reserves the right to refuse any order or service in cases including but not limited to:


• Fraud suspicion

• Abuse of return policy

• Attempts to return used jewellery

• Payment disputes


Order Cancellation


Dennis Luxe Jewellery reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of pricing errors, technical issues, inventory inaccuracies, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, the customer will be notified and a full refund will be issued.


Order Verification


Dennis Luxe Jewellery reserves the right to request additional identity or payment verification for high-value orders before shipment.


Limitation of Liability


Dennis Luxe Jewellery shall not be liable for:


• Indirect or consequential damages

• Delays caused by courier or customs

• Loss after delivery confirmation Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.


Force Majeure


Dennis Luxe Jewellery shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performing obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transportation disruptions, customs delays, governmental actions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

All designs, images, product names, branding, website content, software, digital tools, and website functionality made available on this website are the intellectual property of Dennis Luxe Jewellery.


These materials mentioned above may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Dennis Luxe Jewellery.


Governing Law


These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the regulations of the Emirate of Dubai.


Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.


Age Requirement


By placing an order on this website, the customer confirms that they are at least 18 years old or have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Dennis Luxe Jewellery reserves the right to cancel any order if it reasonably believes that the purchase has been made by a minor without appropriate consent.

3. SHIPPING POLICY


We offer complimentary worldwide shipping.


Estimated delivery times for in-stock jewellery, including pieces that require resizing:


UAE

1–3 business days


International

3–10 business days depending on destination.


Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on courier services, customs clearance, location, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Important:

• All shipments are insured until delivery

• A signature may be required for high-value orders

• Dennis Luxe Jewellery provides complimentary worldwide shipping

Custom-Made Jewellery


For jewellery pieces displayed on our website that are no longer in stock, customers may place a custom order so the piece can be specially crafted for them. As these items must be newly produced, additional production time may be required. Such orders are treated as custom-made orders. Estimated production and delivery timelines will be communicated directly to the customer and agreed upon individually.
Dennis Luxe Jewellery will provide updates and confirm delivery timing through the customer’s preferred contact method.


Product Availability


While we make every effort to ensure that product availability on our website is accurate, occasional technical errors or inventory discrepancies may occur.


In the event that an item is purchased but is temporarily unavailable or out of stock, Dennis Luxe Jewellery reserves the right to:


• Offer to produce the item upon request, which may require additional production time

• Inform the customer of the revised estimated delivery timeframe


The customer will then have the option to:

• Confirm the order with the updated delivery timeline, or

• Cancel the order and receive a full refund


Dennis Luxe Jewellery will always communicate such situations with the customer as soon as possible.


Transfer of Risk


Responsibility for the product transfers to the customer once the shipment has been successfully delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer.


Delivery Inspection


Customers are encouraged to inspect the package upon delivery and report any visible damage or discrepancies within 24 hours of receipt.



4. RETURNS & REFUND POLICY


Due to the exclusive and high-value nature of our jewellery, our return policy is limited.


Customers must submit a return request within 48 hours after delivery by contacting Dennis Luxe Jewellery at info@dennisluxejewellery.com. Customers must clearly indicate that the message concerns a return request, including the order number.


Return requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.


Returns must be approved by Dennis Luxe Jewellery before any item is shipped back. Items returned without prior authorization may be refused.


Once the return has been approved, the item must be shipped within 3 business days. The customer must provide the tracking number once the return shipment has been sent.


Return Conditions


To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and unworn

• Item must be returned in original packaging

• All certificates and documentation must be included

• The security seal must remain intact

• The item must show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration


If these conditions are not met, the return will be refused.


Non-Returnable Items


The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom-made jewellery

• Personalized jewellery (engraving or special sizing)

• Modified items

• Items purchased during private sales, exhibitions, or special events


These sales are final.


Return Shipping


Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


For security reasons, return shipments must be arranged through Dennis Luxe Jewellery to ensure proper insurance and handling of high-value jewellery.


Once the return request has been approved, Dennis Luxe Jewellery will provide the customer with return instructions and a return shipping label from an approved courier.


The customer must use the provided shipping label and courier service when returning the item.


Returned items must be shipped:

• Insured for the full value of the item

• Using a trackable courier service

• In secure and protective packaging


The cost of return shipping, including insurance, will be deducted from the refund amount once the returned item has been received and successfully inspected.


Returns sent using any courier or shipping method not provided or approved by Dennis Luxe Jewellery may be refused.


The customer remains responsible for the item until it has been safely received by Dennis Luxe Jewellery.


Dennis Luxe Jewellery is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments resulting from failure to follow the provided return instructions.


Refund Processing


Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has been received and successfully inspected by Dennis Luxe Jewellery to verify that all return conditions have been met.


If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.


Return shipping costs, including insurance arranged through Dennis Luxe Jewellery, will be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.


Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, but refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.


Damage or Defect Claims


Returns due to damage, defects, or incorrect items will only be accepted if the issue occurred prior to delivery and is reported within the specified inspection period mentioned in our Shipping Policy.


Dennis Luxe Jewellery reserves the right to refuse claims where the damage appears to have occurred after delivery or through misuse, improper handling, or normal wear.


Inspection and Verification


All returned items will undergo strict inspection and verification upon receipt.


Dennis Luxe Jewellery reserves the right to refuse claims if the item shows signs of:

• intentional damage

• misuse

• alteration

• wear or use beyond normal inspection


Evidence Requirement


Customers may be required to provide clear photographic evidence of the damage, including the product, packaging condition, and shipping box before a return is approved.


Replacement Policy


If a claim is approved and the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect upon inspection, Dennis Luxe Jewellery will arrange a replacement of the item.


Replacement items will only be shipped after the original item has been returned and successfully inspected by Dennis Luxe Jewellery.


As replacement items may require new production or craftsmanship, the delivery timeframe for the replacement product may differ from the original delivery estimate. The customer will be informed of the updated production and delivery timeline.


Refunds will not be issued for approved damage or defect claims, except in cases where a replacement is not possible.


Fraudulent Claims


Dennis Luxe Jewellery reserves the right to refuse replacements in cases where a claim is determined to be fraudulent or abusive of the return policy.



5. WARRANTY POLICY


Dennis Luxe Jewellery provides a 24-month craftsmanship warranty from the date of purchase covering manufacturing defects.


The warranty does not cover:


• Normal wear and tear

• Accidental damage

• Improper handling

• Loss of stones due to impact

• Third-party repairs



6. PAYMENT POLICY


We accept the following payment methods:

Prices & Taxes


United Arab Emirates

For orders delivered within the United Arab Emirates, the applicable 5% UAE Value Added Tax (VAT) will be calculated and applied at the end of the checkout process in accordance with UAE tax regulations.

The final purchase price for customers in the United Arab Emirates therefore consists of the price displayed on the website plus the applicable 5% VAT, while shipping costs are covered by Dennis Luxe Jewellery unless stated otherwise.


International Orders

Dennis Luxe Jewellery offers worldwide shipping. Depending on the destination country and local customs regulations, international shipments may be delivered under either Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) or Delivered At Place (DAP) shipping terms.


DDP - Delivered Duty Paid


For many international destinations, Dennis Luxe Jewellery covers all shipping costs, import duties, taxes, and customs charges. Customers in these destinations will not be required to pay additional charges upon delivery.

Under DAP shipping: Dennis Luxe Jewellery covers the shipping cost to the destination country.


The customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or other charges imposed by local authorities.


Customers may therefore be required to pay import duties or taxes before delivery can be completed.

Customer Assistance for Import Estimates


Customers located in destinations where DAP shipping applies are welcome to contact Dennis Luxe Jewellery prior to placing an order if they would like assistance estimating potential import duties, taxes, or customs charges that may apply upon delivery. While these charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and cannot be guaranteed, our team will be happy to assist in providing an estimated indication of possible import costs.


Customs & Import Responsibility


Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and are not controlled by Dennis Luxe Jewellery.


If a shipment delivered under DAP terms is refused due to unpaid customs charges and returned to Dennis Luxe Jewellery, the company reserves the right to deduct shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs charges, and handling fees from any refund issued.


Invoices


Customers are entitled to receive an invoice for all purchases made from Dennis Luxe Jewellery. Invoices will be provided electronically following payment confirmation.
